What is a 3 axis gimbal?

By itself, the 3 axis gimbal is an electronic camera stabilization system designed to give the operator total freedom of movement in handheld shooting mode but without the hand-shake.

The 3 axis gimbal utilizes brushless motors that work on three axes and features a computer-assisted precision of control of ±0.02°.

In addition to handheld shooting, the 3 axis gimbal can be used in vehicle mounting scenarios and other contexts where vibrations or other abrupt movements would make tripods and rigid camera support systems unsuitable.

Different Operation Modes

Upright or High Mode:
